Whether your consultation is online or in person is entirely your preference. In our experience, clients have a better experience if they come to one of our in-person clinics, at least for the first consultation. However, we understand this might be challenging, especially if you're not local, which is why we offer our Online Virtual Clinic so that our clients, wherever they live in the UK and beyond, can improve their health with our help and guidance.

Our services and charges are as follows:
- Petite Clinic appointment (approx 1 hour)- £150
- 360 programme including four consultations & mentorship- £980
- Homeopathy consultation and prescription- £170
- Nutrition appointment- £260
All tests and supplements are charged extra. Please get in touch to discuss the value of each option. -
The number of appointments you need depends on your case and health condition. Each client and situation are individual, and we treat all clients on a case-by-case basis. Some will need just one consultation, and they’re off and running with key pieces of advice. Others come with long-term health changes that may require an extended programme. On average, each of our clients has three consultations or appointments.

Our approach is highly personalised, targeted, and precise, designed to identify and support the specific issues that matter to you.
Healthy living guidelines certainly have their place; however, certain people can miss the point and fail to address route causes and/or specific symptoms.
You may have heard of countless things you should do to improve your health: eat more fruit and vegetables, sleep better, exercise, meditate, cold water therapy and a wide variety of supplements claiming to cure almost everything.
Here at Elixium, we guide you the whole way and clearly define what to prioritise, setting expectations about how much impact you may experience.
We're committed to providing you with the knowledge to manage your health and well-being with the confidence to listen to your body. -
We will always aim to work within your budget. We work with you to build the fundamentals of diet and lifestyle and these recommendations should not be prohibitively expensive. Tests and supplements can be expensive but are only recommended where necessary to get to the root cause of symptoms and illness.

We understand that life isn't always predictable, and we will be accommodating. You can either choose to defer the remainder of your programme or receive a partial refund for the hours of practitioner time you have not used. It is worth noting that a lot of practitioner time is spent on preparing and researching for the initial consultation and subsequent reports and programme design entails a huge amount of research and study to ensure your experience is precise and individual. There is no blueprint, no one size fits all. Each programme is crafted from scratch. Please check your terms of agreement for details of how much notice is needed when cancelling a session or a programme.

The short answer is no. We have a food-first approach. Minerals and nutrients do not function individually within the body. Food provides a whole suite of covalent vitamins, minerals, and coenzymes recognised and utilised perfectly by the body. Supplementing can create or worsen deficiencies and maintain or create imbalances.
We will prescribe supplements if testing shows imbalances. We keep the prescription of supplements to an absolute minimum, and they’re usually only prescribed short term, providing a scaffolding whilst you build your healthy habits to restore natural, sustainable balance. -
Absolutely. We will never question your choice. It is completely possible to be healthy as a vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian and remember everybody is individual. Some bodies will function better without animal proteins and some bodies cannot function at all well without animal proteins.

Every client is an individual, and it's impossible to tell what you may or may not need without discussing your health concern or condition first. We recommend that everyone book a complimentary health consultation with us or request a callback at a time that suits you so that we can discuss your health and give you more information during this informal chat.
As a guideline, we don't usually test as a first-line approach. Still, specific tests can be beneficial to peel back the layers of chronic situations where multiple efforts in the past have not provided resolution. Our in-depth consultations give so much information and evidence as to what may be driving symptoms that, in many cases, we can affect change without testing. -
No, our clinic is not a doctors, nor can we offer medical diagnoses or advice. It is always advised to check with your medical practitioner when considering any dietary or lifestyle changes. We do in certain circumstances communicate and work collaboratively with GP’s and consultants and can support mainstream treatments with dietary and lifestyle advice.

Our approach is deeply science-based. A huge developing body of research correlates food, diet and lifestyle factors with health and disease. Science and discoveries are continually evolving, and we are committed to remaining current with scientific developments. We also set aside time for each client to review the current scientific literature relevant to their case.
